Senior Living Options
The following senior living options are available at our Amelia Island retirement community:
Active Adult Living is an age-restricted community for Members who are 55 and older. It is perfect for those seeking an independent, relaxed lifestyle without all the maintenance responsibilities of owning a home.
Independent Living is available to seniors who benefit from the maintenance-free lifestyle of community living but don’t require a significant level of outside assistance. We offer a variety of spacious independent living accommodations in both villa-apartment and cottage-style floor plans.
Assisted Living is ideal for seniors who are looking for an independent lifestyle but could use some extra help in their day-to-day lives. Since each Member is different, our caregivers provide personalized assistance plans based on each Member’s individual needs.
Our Memory Care program provides Members with dedicated support from caregivers who are specially trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our memory care initiatives are geared toward slowing the progression of disease symptoms and helping Members to live a happy, dignified and stress-free lifestyle.
While not a permanent living option, Short-Term Rehab services at our community can be incredibly beneficial for Members in all three of the above living categories, as well as outside guests of our community. Our Rehab program offers extraordinary outcomes in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

My name is Diana.
We started looking for two years. We were familiar with the area and we were not disappointed when we got here. We went to several places and once we came and saw it we fell in love with it. And all the other places we looked at we just kept coming back to this one. It was our favorite.
As we pulled out of the driveway of our old house, I just thought to myself, I sure hope we’re doing the right thing. I was really nervous, and we got here and it been amazing.
The first night we went to the dining room, people were literally lined up at our table to introduce themselves and welcome us. Our next door neighbors had a cocktail party for us. I mean, It’s just been fabulous, absolutely wonderful. We have such nice friends and we do a lot of fun things together.
