Becoming a Member

To become a Member at Osprey Village you pay a one-time membership fee to purchase the cottage or villa home of your choice. Moving into the perfect home at Osprey Village does not involve the stresses of a typical real-estate transaction. In fact, there is no deed nor closing recorded. There is a Promissory Note that guarantees you and/or your estate a percentage of the entrance fee you pay for the home you choose. We also offer lower membership fees that are non-refundable.
