Tina Bowen Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle in individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Human Resource Director, Tina Bowen, as the recipient of the 2024 Osprey Village Supernova Award. She welcomes new team members with open arms and is dedicated to supporting all team members’ career paths, benefits management, and workplace health.

This job found Tina, and then Donald and Brenda Thompson found Osprey Village. She has been blessed to have a second family and work alongside them daily.
