Care Services Administrator Takes Home Highest Honor
The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.
The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!
This year, we are proud to congratulate our Care Services Administrator, Elyssa Conway, as the recipient of the 2023 Osprey Village Supernova Award. Elyssa is the heartbeat of the community. She establishes and implements Member’s care standards throughout care services on a 24-hour basis. This position oversees the documentation for Members in their neighborhoods, assigns Members to nursing assistants as needed, and assists in medication management and overall healthcare programs for the Members in an area.
Elyssa started her journey in nursing in 2010. She has been part of the Osprey Village team as the Care Services Administrator for three and a half years. Elyssa hopes to continue her career path with Senior Living Communities as she is currently in the Evolve Program and to pursue her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.
