As Social Director, Debbie leads a dedicated team focused on creating diverse, engaging, and enriching experiences for Members. Through dynamic social activities, special events, clubs, lifelong learning courses, and unique culinary outings, she brings people together—fostering lifelong friendships and building the vibrant, close-knit culture that defines Osprey Village.
Debbie’s impact extends far beyond the activity calendar. Her servant-hearted leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for Member satisfaction ensure that both Members and staff feel valued, connected, and inspired.

For over 25 years, Debbie has called Amelia Island home, and she takes immense pride in sharing the region’s charm, culture, and beauty with Members through local outings and community excursions.
